Taking the brief

For their projects we offer all new customers a 30-minute complimentary in-house brief meeting in our showroom at the Head Office in Blanchardstown or in our Southside Showroom in Deansgrange , to discuss your project and budget in more detail. During this meeting, we will be able to establish roughly how many hours of Design Consultancy time that your project will need based on your requirements as we charge for our Design Consultancy Service on an hourly basis.

In case you want us to come to your house and do the initial brief meeting there, we will provide you with a cost for this service once we have established where your property is located and the estimated amount of time required.

In Home Consultation

Our home consultation includes a home visit by one of Senior Interior designers. The main purpose of this consultation is to give you an opportunity to meet and discuss your project. The meeting also allows the interior designer gather all the necessary information, discuss your requirements room by room, and survey the space. The designer will be able to establish how many hours of design consultancy time your project will require from start to finish.

Apart from verbal tips and general discussions we do not provide clients with a hard copy of design proposals or mood boards at this stage.

After this meeting, we will email you an estimated quote of how many hours the design process will take to create your space and the total cost of the interior design fee.

If you wish to proceed with our service and agree to the interior design fees, we will follow up with a meeting in the showroom which will include a presentation of the proposed design, including furniture suggestions, room layouts, colour schemes, fabric selections, window treatments, wallpaper, flooring, lighting, tiles and joinery drawings and the entire list of products and prices included in the proposal.

Showroom Consultation

For smaller projects we offer our customers the option for an in-house interior design service which is available in our Deansgrange or Ballycoolin showroom, by appointment.

We would ask that you bring photos of your space, dimensions of the rooms or floor plans if possible. Any follow up work and designs proposals will be quoted and charged at an hourly rate.

E-Consultation

We also have an e-consultation option. This would require you to send us photos of your space, dimensions of the rooms and detailed brief on your requirements. We would then come back to you by email with a quote for the design time required to create your dream space.
