Today we are joined all the way from Dubai by Reality TV Star, Podcaster and Brand Ambassador Caroline Stanbury. Caroline first burst onto our TV screens as the star of Bravo’s Ladies of London. Caroline and her family moved to Dubai as the series came to an end in 2017. She has since gone on to build a huge, dedicated following across her social media platforms and YouTube channel. It’s there she shares her journey of how she is making the most of this beautiful trip called life.

Following on from her own divorce, Caroline created the phenomenal podcast “Divorced not Dead” where she speaks to a range of experts and peers about hard-hitting topics from co-parenting post-divorce to why life begins at 40. Her positivity is genuinely infectious. Recently engaged to ex-professional Real Madrid soccer player Sergio Carrallo and mum to daughter Yasmine and twin boys Aaron and Zac, I’m delighted to welcome Caroline Stanbury to Shut the Front Door today.
